Request to perform

1. Sending this offer does not guarantee your booking; the Artist must first accept your offer.

2. If this is not a paid booking, artist will not accept nor be contractually obligated to perform services. 

2. If this is a paid booking, Artist accepts your offer and the show is confirmed, the confirmation is a verbal legal contract.

3. This offer is valid until you withdraw it, and you must give 48 hours notice to withdraw it, within which time the offer can be accepted and your deposit will be due.

4. Signed contract + 50% deposit will be due 1 week from contract and final 50% due 1 weeks prior to the show. If these payment terms are not met the show will be cancelled without question and is non-refundable.
